NautiPup Dog Bandanas & Party Collars

NautiPup will ship custom fabricated dog gear directly from our Alpharetta location. Bandanas and party collars are handmade with care using NautiPup exclusive fabrics. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. We will notify you via email regarding the order processing and fulfillment.

NautiPup Apparel, Bags & Totes

Created with NautiPup artwork, this merchandise will be shipped directly to you from our printer's fulfillment center. Printing production time varies by item type, but is usually completed within 5 business days. Several types of shipping options are available - please select during the checkout process.

Home Delivery

For special events such as the NautiPup launch party, holiday craft fairs and home parties, NautiPup may offer free delivery to your home in the Alpharetta/Roswell/Milton/Cumming area. Contact us for more information.

Returns

All sales are final - including apparel sizing issues.

Please review the sizing chart by manufacturer (included with each product description) to ensure correct measurements. Manufacturers will vary in sizes - especially with unisex styles - so please review measurements carefully prior to submitting your order.

Product defects

If you should receive an item with a printing or production defect, please contact us via email. Please include your order number, details of the issue and photos if possible. We will reach out to the vendor to resolve the problem and keep you in the loop with replacement information.
